To join the Idaho Complete Health provider network, complete the contact form on this page with details about your organization. Our team will review your request and follow up with next steps, which may include contracting, credentialing, onboarding, and provider orientation.
The provider portal gives you secure access to key patient and plan information in one place. You can use it to view patient records, verify eligibility, submit and track claims, and manage other administrative tasks more easily.
Providers can submit claims through the provider portal and receive payments through electronic funds transfer and electronic remittance advice. Idaho Complete Health uses PaySpan to help simplify payment tracking and transfer processes.
Use the pre-authorization tool to quickly check whether prior authorization is required for a specific service before delivering care. This helps reduce delays and gives you more clarity before treatment begins.
